Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all relevant parts, components and the packaging has arrived exactly as
2. normal handling of the product is evident, damage due to careless handling is
3. products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins
4. the product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt
5. We have the right to charge the customer for
6. A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the goods have been used or damaged without our fault.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the following steps to start the return process.
Send an email to: info@peperandleafs.com

Make sure the email contains the following:

Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer's first name + surname
Customer's address

We will then communicate with you and give you the return address.

Never return the item to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract according to the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly neither his commercial nor his professional activity:

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Peper&Leafs, with a clear statement (e.g. via e-mail) of your decision to cancel this agreement.

The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Registration of shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You can of course inform us about your cancellation in advance.

To guarantee you the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery charges (but no additional charges as a result of you having chosen a delivery method other than

the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal from this agreement and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we be charged for this refund.

** ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
